Registered Nurse (RN) Long Term Care (Permanent Placement) Job Summary

A large long-term care facility with 212 resident rooms offering long-term care short-term rehabilitation and memory care services is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses for permanent placement. This role is ideal for locally based nurses seeking stability and an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on residents daily lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in long-term care short-term rehab and memory care units.
  • Conduct assessments develop care plans and implement nursing interventions.
  • Administer medications treatments and therapies in accordance with clinical standards.
  • Monitor resident conditions and promptly communicate any changes to the clinical team.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to support holistic resident care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Promote resident safety comfort and well-being through consistent compassionate care.
  • Communicate effectively with residents families and staff.
Requirements
  • Active RN license in the state.
  • Current CPR and First Aid certifications (required).
  • Experience in long-term care skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings preferred.
  • Strong assessment critical-thinking and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced resident-centered environment.
  • Local candidates only (no travel RNs).
