Key Responsibilities - Provide skilled nursing care to residents requiring rehabilitation following illness injury or surgery.
- Assess patient conditions develop individualized care plans and deliver nursing interventions aligned with rehabilitative goals.
- Administer medications treatments and therapies as ordered.
- Collaborate closely with physical therapists occupational therapists and an interdisciplinary care team.
