RN Rehabilitation

A large multi-service care facility with 212 resident rooms offering long-term care short-term rehabilitation and memory care is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses for permanent placement in the Rehabilitation Unit. This position is ideal for local nurses who are passionate about helping patients regain independence and achieve optimal recovery outcomes.

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents requiring rehabilitation following illness injury or surgery.
• Assess patient conditions develop individualized care plans and deliver nursing interventions aligned with rehabilitative goals.
• Administer medications treatments and therapies as ordered.
• Collaborate closely with physical therapists occupational therapists and an interdisciplinary care team.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Document all assessments interventions and changes in condition accurately and timely.
• Maintain a safe supportive environment that promotes healing and resident engagement.
• Communicate effectively with patients families and healthcare staff.

• Active RN license in the state.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications (required).
• Experience in rehabilitation skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative fast-paced rehabilitative environment.
• Local candidates only (no travel or temporary placements).
