A Skilled Nursing Facility is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) for a 13-week contract assignment. This role offers guaranteed weekly hours and requires flexibility with scheduling. The OT will play an essential role in helping residents improve functional abilities mobility and independence.
Responsibilities- Evaluate patients functional needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve daily living skills and physical capabilities.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to optimize patient outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with state licensing standards and therapy best practices.
- Active Occupational Therapist license in the state.
- Minimum of 1 year of OT experience.
- Ability to work variable shifts.
- Strong communication assessment and clinical documentation skills.
