MW Partners is currently seeking a Senior Program Manager to work for our client who is a global leader in multimedia and creativity software products.
Responsibilities and duties:
- Lead portfolio management across fraud and consumer trust programs ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and strategic themes.
- Drive automation and optimization strategies to improve program efficiency and impact.
- Coordinate planning budgeting and resource allocation across the Consumer Trust portfolio.
- Facilitate collaboration across internal stakeholders including Legal Security Privacy Platform Engineering Product Hardening and Corporate Communications.
- Develop reporting frameworks and dashboards to track program performance and surface insights.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree or higher.
- 5 years of experience in program management fraud strategy trust & safety or related fields.
- Experience managing strategic initiatives across multiple teams or business units.
- Familiarity with fraud detection automation tools and regulatory frameworks
- Strong understanding of organizational dynamics and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work independently and manage distributed teams effectively.
- PMP highly desired.
- Strategic Thinking & Prioritization: Ability to manage a complex portfolio and align initiatives with organizational goals.
- Program & Portfolio Management: Proven experience leading cross-functional programs with multiple workstreams.
- Communication & Influence: Strong written and verbal skills to engage stakeholders and drive consensus.
- Analytical & Operational Rigor: Ability to synthesize data identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
- Self-Motivation & Initiative: Comfortable working independently and proactively identifying opportunities for impact.
