Senior Program Manager

MW Partners is currently seeking a Senior Program Manager to work for our client who is a global leader in multimedia and creativity software products.

Responsibilities and duties:

• Lead portfolio management across fraud and consumer trust programs ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and strategic themes.
• Drive automation and optimization strategies to improve program efficiency and impact.
• Coordinate planning budgeting and resource allocation across the Consumer Trust portfolio.
• Facilitate collaboration across internal stakeholders including Legal Security Privacy Platform Engineering Product Hardening and Corporate Communications.
• Develop reporting frameworks and dashboards to track program performance and surface insights.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree or higher.
• 5 years of experience in program management fraud strategy trust & safety or related fields.
• Experience managing strategic initiatives across multiple teams or business units.
• Familiarity with fraud detection automation tools and regulatory frameworks
• Strong understanding of organizational dynamics and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work independently and manage distributed teams effectively.
• PMP highly desired.
• Strategic Thinking & Prioritization: Ability to manage a complex portfolio and align initiatives with organizational goals.
• Program & Portfolio Management: Proven experience leading cross-functional programs with multiple workstreams.
• Communication & Influence: Strong written and verbal skills to engage stakeholders and drive consensus.
• Analytical & Operational Rigor: Ability to synthesize data identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Self-Motivation & Initiative: Comfortable working independently and proactively identifying opportunities for impact.
