Job Summary
Requirements
- 10 or more years of experience in enterprise project management and technology modernization.
- Proficiency in hybrid Agile methodologies and Agile event facilitation.
- Experience in large-scale application migration and systems integration projects.
- Experience with Microsoft Planner Premium JIRA and M365 tracking tools.
- Experience with PMP and Agile certifications such as PMI-ACP SAFe or DASM.
- Experience in government procurement policies contract negotiation and vendor management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Direct complex application migration and modernization initiatives across multiple business domains.
- Lead Agile events including sprint planning retrospectives and daily stand-ups.
- Develop and deliver strategic executive-level updates and portfolio presentations.
- Facilitate collaboration between technical delivery teams product owners and business leaders.
- Manage project lifecycles to ensure delivery within scope budget and defined timelines.
- Oversee compliance with fiscal regulations state policies and contractual obligations.
- Mentor junior project managers and staff to enhance organizational delivery excellence.
