Job Summary
Requirements
- 8 or more years of experience in enterprise-level geospatial project management.
- Proficiency in ArcGIS Enterprise deployment configuration and service publishing.
- Experience with enterprise architecture cloud infrastructure and web GIS development.
- Experience in DevOps workflows API integration and geospatial data workflows.
- Experience with structured testing methodologies and test management tools for quality assurance.
- Experience in managing multi-team IT coordination and vendor resources for complex programs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning coordination and execution of enterprise-scale geospatial initiatives.
- Define project charters deliverables budgets and technical schedules for GIS programs.
- Translate business needs into geospatial technical specifications and interface definitions.
- Oversee test execution defect triage and digital accessibility validation for GIS products.
- Coordinate ArcGIS Enterprise upgrades system integrations and service configurations.
- Manage requirements traceability matrices linking technical design to testing and acceptance.
- Produce executive status reports project dashboards and technical presentations for stakeholders.
