Job Summary
Requirements
- 5 or more years of experience in high-level health program work or statewide oversight.
- Proficiency in child health systems and strategic planning methodologies.
- Experience with public health program development and health systems planning.
- Experience in data-driven planning methods and designing evaluation frameworks.
- Experience with facilitating listening sessions and engaging community stakeholders.
- Experience in synthesizing complex data into actionable multi-year insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the comprehensive strategic planning process for statewide health initiatives.
- Perform data crosswalks of local state and national health priorities and metrics.
- Design survey instruments and lead focus groups for service providers and families.
- Architect multi-year roadmaps with measurable objectives and implementation pathways.
- Develop evaluation metrics and timelines to track health outcome improvements.
- Produce detailed strategic narratives integrated with complex data visualizations.
- Present findings and final project deliverables to executive leadership and stakeholders.
