Physical Therapist Outpatient Neuro Full-Time Day Shift

Position Overview Athena Health Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our outpatient neuro this role you will deliver high-quality patient-centered physical therapy services to individuals with a wide range of neurological diagnoses and functional limitations.
You will be responsible for evaluating patient needs developing personalized treatment plans and implementing therapeutic interventions that promote independence and optimal functional outcomes. This role requires strong clinical expertise critical thinking and a commitment to collaborative care.
Key Responsibilities - Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver skilled physical therapy interventions tailored to patient-specific needs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care
- Provide patient and caregiver education to support recovery and independence
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Participate in professional consultations and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelors Masters or Doctorate (D.P.T.) in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Oregon Physical Therapist License at time of hire
- BLS Certification from the American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
Preferred:
- Experience in outpatient neurological rehabilitation
- Specialized training relevant to department needs (as applicable)
