Full-Time Acute Care Setting
Location: Regional Medical Center Everett

Athena Health Care is seeking a highly adaptable and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Float Pool team. This role is essential in maintaining the quality and continuity of patient care across multiple units by supporting areas experiencing fluctuating staffing needs.

As a Float Pool RN you will work across a variety of acute care settings-including emergency department boarders step-down units medical-surgical telemetry behavioral health and long-term care-delivering high-quality patient-centered care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Provide direct patient care across multiple acute care units as assigned
• Adapt quickly to varying clinical environments and patient populations
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated high-quality care
• Maintain clinical excellence and adhere to all safety and regulatory standards
• Support patient and family engagement through compassionate communication
• Respond effectively to changing patient needs and unit priorities

Required:

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing program
• Active Washington Registered Nurse (RN) License upon hire
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association upon hire
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience

Preferred:

• National certification in a clinical specialty (upon hire or as applicable)
• Experience in multiple acute care settings
