Community Health Programs is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Dentist to provide high-quality dental care in a patient-centered environment. This role focuses on delivering preventative routine emergency and surgical dental services while promoting oral health education and disease prevention.

Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Care
Provide routine preventative emergency and surgical dental care
Examine diagnose and treat oral and dental conditions
Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans or refer patients to specialists when needed
Patient Education & Documentation
Educate patients on oral hygiene disease prevention and treatment options
Accurately document patient encounters in electronic dental/medical records
Participate in community outreach and oral health promotion initiatives
Team Collaboration
Supervise and guide dental support staff
Ensure quality and consistency in care delivery
Contribute to a positive collaborative and patient-focused work environment
Core Competencies
Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
Commitment to evidence-based practice
Understanding of ethical and legal standards in dentistry
Ability to work within scope and collaborate with specialists when needed
Effective communication with diverse patient populations
Adaptability to emerging trends in healthcare and dentistry
QualificationsRequired:
Doctoral degree in Dental Medicine (DMD or DDS)
Full unrestricted Dentist License
Minimum 1 year of dental office experience
Experience with electronic medical/dental records (EMR/EHR systems)
