Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (as applicable)
Position Overview Milemakers is seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support individuals across the lifespan in improving speech language communication and swallowing abilities.
This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative patient-centered environment delivering impactful therapy services in clinic school-based and community settings.
Key Responsibilities - Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech language and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Provide speech and language therapy sessions tailored to patient needs
- Support improvement in articulation fluency voice and language skills
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress
- Educate and support families and caregivers on therapy techniques
- Collaborate with healthcare providers educators and multidisciplinary teams
Qualifications Required: - Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Arizona SLP License (or eligibility)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate patient-focused approach to care
