Speech-Language Pathologist

Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (as applicable)

Milemakers is seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support individuals across the lifespan in improving speech language communication and swallowing abilities.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative patient-centered environment delivering impactful therapy services in clinic school-based and community settings.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech language and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Provide speech and language therapy sessions tailored to patient needs
• Support improvement in articulation fluency voice and language skills
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress
• Educate and support families and caregivers on therapy techniques
• Collaborate with healthcare providers educators and multidisciplinary teams

• Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Arizona SLP License (or eligibility)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate patient-focused approach to care
