Clinic Physician – Family Practice

Willapa Medical Clinic is seeking a dedicated Family Practice Physician to provide comprehensive patient-centered care in an outpatient setting. This role offers the opportunity to serve a close-knit community while working in a collaborative team-oriented environment.

The physician will deliver high-quality clinical services within the scope of family medicine ensuring adherence to professional standards regulatory requirements and clinic policies.

• Deliver comprehensive primary care services within the scope of Family Practice
• Ensure compliance with all clinical protocols treatment guidelines and regulatory standards
• Maintain strict patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and professional ethics
• Collaborate effectively with clinical staff and multidisciplinary providers
• Provide constructive feedback and support to team members as appropriate
• Utilize available diagnostic imaging and support services to optimize patient outcomes
• Participate in clinic operations and quality improvement initiatives

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completion of Family Medicine residency
• Active Washington State physician license (or eligibility)
• Ability to practice independently in an outpatient setting
• Strong communication teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to ethical practice professionalism and patient-centered care

• Salary Range: $260000 $300000 annually
