Job Summary

Job Title: Voice AI Agent Developer

Location: Plano TX

Duration: 12 Months Contract

Required Skills:

1-2 years experience working on Retail AI platform having implemented voice agents in production within a contact center environment.
Should also have Agentic AI experience.
Experience integrating retell with VOIP call center technologies like Vonage Twilio is needed.
2 to 3 years experience working on AWS platform integration experience with AWS services such as API gateway webservices lambda python cdk eventbridge bedrock is required.
Database experience with Aurora MySQL desired.
Must be a critical thinker and have a go getter attitude.
