Bridge Project Manager

We are seeking a Bridge Project Manager to join a growing engineering team focused on delivering bridge replacement and rehabilitation projects across Indiana.

This role will work closely with a collaborative bridge team to support state and local infrastructure projects managing both technical and client-facing responsibilities. The position offers strong exposure to transportation infrastructure and opportunities to lead projects from planning through execution.

• Support the development of project scope schedules and budgets for bridge projects
• Lead and coordinate bridge replacement and rehabilitation projects of varying size and complexity
• Review and approve design calculations engineering plans and construction documents
• Perform and oversee bridge inspections providing recommendations for repair or replacement
• Collaborate with internal teams sub-consultants and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining schedules and quality standards
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and CAD designers
• Assist in preparing proposals and technical submissions for public-sector projects
• Engage with clients to understand project needs and provide engineering recommendations

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 4 years of experience in bridge engineering or transportation infrastructure
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Indiana OR ability to obtain within a short timeframe
• Experience with:
  • Bridge design inspection or rehabilitation
  • Structural analysis and design calculations
• Working knowledge of:
  • AutoCAD / Civil 3D
  • Microsoft Office tools
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills
• Effective communication and client interaction abilities

• Experience working on state DOT or municipal bridge projects
• Familiarity with bridge inspection standards and rehabilitation practices
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
