Job Title: RN Med-Surg

Shift Schedule:

• 8 10 or 12-hour shifts
• Rotating schedule including weekends & holidays

Shifts per month: 20

License: Ohio RN or Compact

Certifications: BLS

Experience needed: Minimum 2 years Med-Surg / inpatient acute care

Special Skills:

• Patient assessment and care planning
• IV therapy and medication administration
• Post-op care and acute condition management
• EMR and documentation compliance

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to adult inpatient populations with moderate to high acuity
• Monitor vitals administer medications and respond to condition changes
• Coordinate patient care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Educate patients and support discharge planning
• Maintain compliance with VA and Joint Commission standards

Misc:

• Highest volume role - prioritize pipeline heavily
