Job Summary

What Youll Do

Team Leadership: Hire train and coach the HVAC sales service and maintenance team to ensure they live our core values and exceed metric targets.
Sales Strategy: Implement and enforce client proven sales process; conduct ride-alongs to provide real-time field coaching.
Operational Excellence: Coordinate with dispatch install managers and CSRs to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Technical Support: Serve as the go-to expert for troubleshooting during service visits and ensure proper equipment sizing.
Administrative Oversight: Review invoices timecards and curbside feedback while participating in leadership strategy meetings.

Requirements

Experience: A minimum of 2 years of success in both HVAC sales and team management.
Knowledge: Extensive expertise in HVAC systems maintenance and residential sales cycles.
License: Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems sales tracking and forecasting.
