Talent Acquisition Lead (Recruiting & Onboarding)

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding certifications with extensive experience (5 years) with at least 2 full end-to-end implementations managing the full lifecycle from requisition to offer onboarding including candidate experience offer management and seamless new hire integration.
Hands-on expertise with recruiting and onboarding including workflows requisition setup candidate pipelines and onboarding processes.
Proven ability to lead workshops and drive global hiring strategies ensuring alignment with business objectives and adoption across regions.
