Production Team LeaderJob Type:Full TimeSchedule:Shifts may varyWeekend Availability RequiredPay: $19.00 per hourAbout the Role:We are seekinga dependableProduction Team Leaderto support our packaging Production Team Leader monitors productivity and process compliance in a designated Duties and Responsibilities:Oversee the running and completion of all assigned work and reconcile open orders proper instructions to packagers according to the specific HLM rules and with supervisor & general supervisor on the day-to-dayoperations materialneeds and employee material overage / shortages with routine quality material flow at the production organizational standards according to 5s compliance a safe work notifyand report unsafe working conditionsimmediately to the department up to date professional and technical knowledge by attending educational trainings as assigned by the HLM training notethis job description is not designed to cover orcontaina comprehensive listing of activities duties or responsibilities that arerequired ofthe employee for this job. Dutiesresponsibilitiesand activities may change at any time with or without Qualifications and Requirements High School diploma or equivalentAbility to read and understand work orders and packaging specs in EnglishAbility to perform basic mathAbility to communicate and give instruction to employees in both verbal and written formLeadership skills with the ability to take charge of a given situationAbility to operate a computer and use Microsoft OfficeAbility to demonstrate full understanding of production flow process
