Job Summary

We are seeking Senior Full Stack Developers with strong experience in Java backend development and Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) for frontend development.

The ideal candidates will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining scalable enterprise applications integrating Salesforce with backend services and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design develop and maintain backend services using Java (Spring / Spring Boot REST APIs).
Develop rich and responsive UI components using Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Integrate Salesforce applications with Java-based microservices and third-party systems.
Participate in application architecture design discussions and code reviews.
Ensure performance security scalability and maintainability of applications.
Collaborate with product owners architects QA and DevOps teams across the SDLC.
Troubleshoot debug and resolve production issues efficiently.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices and coding standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Core Technical Skills

Strong proficiency in Java (7/8) Spring Spring Boot
Experience in building RESTful APIs and Microservices
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Good understanding of Salesforce platform concepts (Apex integration data model security at integration level)
Experience with HTML CSS JavaScript ES6
Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases
Experience with Git Maven/Gradle CI/CD pipelines

Additional Expectations

Hands-on experience with system integrations and API orchestration
Good understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP preferred)
Knowledge of DevOps practices containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus
Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to Have

Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II good to have)
Experience with event-driven architecture (Kafka ActiveMQ etc.)
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
Experience in enterprise-scale applications
