Job Summary
Position: Driver
Work Location: Teterboro NJ 07608
Payrate: CDL: $24/hr
Non-CDL: $20/hr
Duration: 3 Months role with high chances of extension/conversion
Shift: 6:00 AM till done
Job Description:
- They need to be able to drive a straight job and must participate in the loading/unloading of the truck.
- Ability to lift heavy objects such as tables chairs and other items
- Loads unloads and transfers merchandise to designated area in accordance with delivery paperwork
- Perform deliveries and pickups using dollies and hand trucks
- Assembly of rental equipment as required: Tables chairs dance floor and staging
- Verifies counts and records merchandise counts on paperwork
- Follow company safety rules when on the road
- Must adhere to company uniform policy
- Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned
- Consistently maintain a cooperative and productive level of performance
- Follow company processes and policies
- Weekly schedule will be communicated in advance
Requirements:
- CDL A or B or Non-CDL with valid Med DOT card
- Must be able to drive a 26ft straight box truck
- Must assist with loading/unloading of the truck
