(Can Float between locations: Crescent Gwinnett SugarHill and Alpharetta)
Shift: 8-hour shift / 08:15am to End Time 5:15pm; Weekend scheduling included

Pay Options:
- $38/hour (all taxable)
OR - Travel Package: $15/hr. taxable $1080/wk. non taxable - 15/27
(Must reside 50 miles from facility for travel package)
Position Overview
The LVN will be responsible for supporting providers in delivering high-quality care to patients by assisting with routine gynecological exams performing patient intake and participating in various in-office procedures.

Responsibilities
- Assist with daily operations of an ambulatory OB/GYN clinic
- Perform patient intake including obtaining vital signs and medical histories
- Prepare patients for examinations and proceduress
- Assist providers with annual gynecological exams including Pap smears
- Set up maintain and sterilize exam rooms and medical instruments
- Assist with in-office procedures such as colposcopies LEEP procedures and endometrial biopsies
- Provide patient education and ensure comfort before during and after procedures
- Accurately document patient information and maintain medical records
- Coordinate scheduling follow-ups and patient communication as needed.
Requirements
- Active GA LPN license
- Minimum 1 year of experience preferred
- Updated Resume - must have 6 months of long-term care experience
- 2 current supervisor references
- Physical (within 12 months)
- TB skin test (within 12 months)
- Must be able to pass background/urine drug screening
- Must be able to successfully pass an FBI fingerprint background check
