Location: Johnston RI 02919
Duration: 3 months with extensions possible.
Pay Rate: $60/hr on W2 without Benefits
Summary:

This candidate must be experienced in driving outcomes providing advice and influencing hiring managers to ensure they engage and drive a candidate centric experience.
Description:
  • Were more than a bank. As the Senior Recruiter you will be responsible for all hiring activity associated with the business units that you support.
  • You will hire exempt and nonexempt individual contributor & leadership resources up to & including Senior Managers/Directors while operating independently with minimal daily oversight.
  • Your competitor knowledge marketing support and self-sourcing activities will enable you to thrive at identifying key talent pools promoting the benefits and opportunities of working at Citizens to candidates and conducting interviews to assess if candidates possess the required skills and competencies to meet business unit objectives.
  • Building and maintaining key relationships with business management of the organization typically up to Senior Vice Presidents will be an essential part of your role.
  • In addition you will be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with candidate pools with the goal of creating viable pipelines of talent for current and future openings.
  • Most importantly while in this role youll feel valued for who you are and supported to achieve whats important to you personally and professionally!
Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate the candidates suitability not only against the job specifications but also for key attributes and culture fit.
  • Assessing the candidates experience and qualifications are critical and is achieved using assessments when applicable and the recruiters highly skilled interviewing skills.
  • Drives all aspects of the interview process to a successful completion providing the Hiring Manager with a comprehensive overview of any shortlisted candidates.
  • Identifying when a more suitable role may be available and presenting alternative opportunities that may be a better fit.Maintain relationships and networks with all candidates for potential future opportunities.
  • Building the candidate pool a strong level of Sourcing proficiency is required (for all roles) to supplement standard brand and media advertising to attract a diverse and qualified candidate pool.
  • Optimize all recruitment channels developing and executing tailored strategies depending on market and applicant flow and working directly with the employer brand marketing team as needed.
  • Develop a consultative Relationship with the Manager understanding the future needs / gaps of their existing team to ensure a new hire will bring skills that compliment diversify and contribute to building a high performing team.
  • Maintain regular communication with the Hiring Manager adjusting strategy as needed until the position is filled.
  • Delivering a compelling offer that focuses on delivering the needs of the candidate as identified through the Relationship built with the candidate.
  • Utilize Reward tools and knowledge of local market to ensure a market competitive offer that while attractive to the candidate maintains adherence to governance requirements.
  • Negotiate with candidate and manager to ensure a solid offer that goes beyond pay rate to focus on benefits culture and key candidate motivators identified throughout the process.
  • Maintain adherence to all risk requirements and complete regular self-audit. Participate in additional activities as required.
