Location: Belcourt ND 58316

Pay Rate: $55 per hour plus $1246 weekly travel stipends (If applicable)
Schedule: Evening/overnight shifts Monday Sunday (includes holidays; schedule based on facility needs)

Contract Length: 1 year with the option to extend

Job Description:

A CT Tech is needed for an IHS facility in North Dakota. Work with a diverse patient population performing CT and general radiology exams in a rural healthcare setting.
Requirements:

ARRT or NMTCB certification in CT (or equivalent training ARRT Radiography)
Minimum 6 months CT experience
Active license (if applicable)
BLS certification
Meets ARRT continuing education requirements

Responsibilities:

Perform CT and X-ray exams following physician orders and imaging protocols
Prepare position and educate patients to ensure safety and image accuracy
Select appropriate technical factors and adjust scans based on patient condition and clinical indication
Evaluate images in real time to ensure diagnostic quality; repeat or modify studies as needed
Identify critical findings and promptly communicate with radiologists/providers
Prioritize and manage routine urgent and emergent cases efficiently
Maintain and operate imaging equipment including basic troubleshooting and quality checks
Accurately document procedures and patient data in the electronic health record (EHR)
Follow radiation safety standards and infection control protocols
Assist with emergency situations including patient stabilization and CPR if required
