Requirement description :

4 years of Med Surg/Telemetry experience - Required
Experience with reading monitors cardiac drips and post surgical cases - Required
Experience with Adult and Geriatric patients -Required
*Active IL License is required at time of submission*
BLS/CPR (AHA) - Required
NIHSS- required
ACLS - required
Current documentation of Staffing Agencys IL Nurse Agency Certificate (must include a copy in traveler submission) - Required
Must be fully COVID vaccinated - Required
