Job Summary

Western Colorado premier healthcare facility Valley View Hospital has an opportunity for a Physical Therapist at our Silt Colorado Outpatient Clinic. Due to increase in volume we are working to shorten our wait time for patients so increasing our Rehab staff #s to this position you will evaluate patients and develop and implement an appropriate treatment plan for a variety of diagnoses. Your goal will be to improve patients strength ROM balance safety and function. You ll also educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs. Schedule: Working 4-10 hour days/week days will vary. Leaves 3 days a week to go play in the mountains and slopes!
