Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with strong expertise in Amazon Lex and Amazon Connect to design develop and implement scalable cloud-based contact center and conversational AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of AWS services chatbot design IVR systems and customer experience optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong experience with Amazon Lex (chatbot development intents utterances slot management).
Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect (contact flows routing profiles queues).
Expertise in AWS services: Lambda API Gateway CloudWatch DynamoDB S3.
Experience in designing conversational AI and NLP-based solutions.
Strong knowledge of REST APIs microservices architecture and system integrations.
