Key Responsibilities

Provide full-spectrum Family Medicine care to a diverse patient population
Work 36 patient-facing hours per week with additional time for professional development
Collaborate with physicians and advanced practice providers in a team-based care model
Participate in after-hours on-call rotation with Family Medicine colleagues
Contribute to patient care strategies and clinical decision-making
Support UCHealth s mission of delivering innovative and accessible healthcare

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $257000 $286000 annually

Additional Benefits:

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20000
Productivity Bonus: Based on wRVU production

Requirements

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (must complete residency)
Colorado Medical License (or willingness to obtain)
DEA license required before start date
Clean Malpractice History preferred
Recent NPDB Self-Query Report (within 30 days) required
