Finance Project Manager

• Lead and manage enterprise finance transformation initiatives across VHA ensuring alignment withscope schedule and stakeholder expectations
• Develop and maintain integrated master schedules work plans and milestone tracking to support on-time delivery
• Coordinate workforce modeling HR classification activities and organizational design implementation across transformation workstreams
• Facilitate cross-functional coordination across VHA Finance offices VISNs and program offices to drive decisions issue resolution and implementation progress
• Develop executive briefings meeting readouts and decision-support materials for leadership reviews and governance forums
• Identify track and mitigate risks issues and dependencies; assess implementation readiness across finance initiatives
• Support the development of governance structures and a financial oversight framework to sustain transformation outcomes

• Bachelors degree in finance business administration or a related field
• Minimum of eight (8) years of project management experience supporting federal financial management initiatives
• Experience supporting federal agencies or large healthcare systems; Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and/or Veterans Health Administration (VHA) experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of federal budgeting and financial governance including Planning Programming Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) processes and related planning execution and oversight practices
• Ability to work in the U.S. indefinitely without sponsorship
• Ability to obtain a public trust
