Qualifications
- Deep knowledge of Epic refuel methodology Nova Notes integrated testing and Epic governance best practices
- OCM expertise demonstrated success changing long-standing clinical culture and driving adoption in legacy Epic environments
- Strong stakeholder skills: credible with C-suite clinical chiefs and technical teams; able to be the external voice that mirrors internal leadership
- Program delivery skills: PMO setup resource/capacity planning vendor management and benefits tracking
Responsibilities
- A senior Program Manager Enterprise Epic Refuel to lead an 18-22 month refuel program beginning January 2026
- This leader will act as the external face of the refuel effort partner closely with internal executive sponsors and PMs and own program governance organizational change management (OCM) scope delivery and cross-functional coordination from pre-refuel planning through post-refuel stabilization.
