Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React (60%) and Backend development (40%).
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining scalable web applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop responsive and high-performance front-end applications using
Build and maintain backend services and APIs
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement intuitive user interfaces
Write clean scalable and maintainable code
Integrate front-end components with backend APIs
Troubleshoot debug and optimize application performance
Participate in code reviews and follow best development practices
Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to deliver features

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Frontend (Primary 60%)
Strong experience with
Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6) HTML CSS
Experience with state management tools (Redux Context API)
Familiarity with REST APIs and asynchronous programming
Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
Backend (Secondary 40%)
Experience with backend technologies such as / Java / .NET (customize as needed)
Strong understanding of RESTful API development
Experience working with databases (SQL/NoSQL like PostgreSQL MongoDB)
Knowledge of authentication and authorization (JWT OAuth)
