Job Summary
We are seeking a Patient Services Representative to support front-office operations in a fast-paced clinical setting. Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner
Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries in accordance with established protocols
Schedule confirm and manage patient appointments
Follow up on missed or canceled appointments
Maintain and update the appointment calendar
Register patients and manage check-in processes
Accurately post charges and process payments
Check and respond to voicemails on a daily basis
Ensure the waiting area is clean organized and welcoming
Assist patients with treatment plans and financial arrangements
Provide administrative support to office staff and management as needed
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 6 months of experience using Denticon in a dental setting
Experience in a dental medical or healthcare office environment
Knowledge of insurance plans (HMO/PPO)
Education
High school diploma or GED required
