Job Summary
Safety Coordinator 2nd Shift (3 PM 12 AM)
We are seeking a Safety Coordinator to support plant leadership in building a proactive safety culture within a manufacturing environment. This role focuses on identifying hazards ensuring OSHA compliance and preventing workplace incidents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing and improving safety programs and policies
- Conduct audits inspections and risk assessments
- Lead incident investigations root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Deliver safety training and ensure compliance with EHS standards
- Partner with operations to improve workplace safety practices
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in industrial/manufacturing safety
- Supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of OSHA standards (OSHA 10/30 preferred)
- Strong skills in safety audits training and incident management
