Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Senior Business Analysts to act as functional experts for an External Data Acquisition project. The role focuses on bridging complex clinical data standards (FHIR CDA) with business and technical requirements ensuring accurate data mapping normalization and usability for downstream systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirement discovery sessions with insurance stakeholders to gather and define complex business rules.
- Create and maintain detailed functional documentation including FRDs process flows and data mappings.
- Own and manage the centralized documentation repository (Confluence) as a single source of truth.
- Translate product roadmap into a well-structured prioritized Jira backlog.
- Write high-quality ready-to-development user stories with clear business value and acceptance criteria.
- Define data mappings and business logic aligned with Snowflake and data engineering teams.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to shape and evolve the product roadmap and delivery strategy.
- Drive Agile execution by leading sprint ceremonies across onshore-offshore teams.
- Act as the primary functional point of contact to resolve requirement gaps and clarifications.
- Lead UAT cycles manage defect triaging and ensure successful business sign-off before release.
Required Qualifications
- 4 years as Manager.
- 4 years in Business analyst from Insurance Industry.
- 8 years experience in P&C Life Insurance (OR) Speciality Insurance.
- Strong experience in Agile & JIRA story writing.
- Experience with Visual Modelling Tools.
