Summary:
This is a senior supply chain leadership role supporting a Houston-based energy equipment manufacturing operation. The focus is on end-to-end procurement logistics inventory and supplier strategy tied to power generation equipment engines turbines rotating equipment and electrical power system components. We are specifically targeting candidates with direct experience sourcing technical components in an industrial manufacturing environment rather than candidates whose background is primarily raw materials or commodity buying.
Key Background Requirements
Direct supply chain or strategic sourcing experience supporting engines turbines generators rotating equipment or electrical power systems
Leadership experience across procurement logistics inventory and supplier management
Manufacturing background in power generation equipment oilfield equipment industrial engines or engineered systems
Strong supplier negotiation and cost reduction track record
ERP experience such as SAP Oracle Ariba or equivalent
Houston-based or willing to relocate for an onsite role
