Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Pega Architect to join our team for an onsite engagement in FL. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Pega architecture specifically with LSA (Lead System Architect) or CSA (Certified System Architect) certifications and hands-on experience in Smart Disputes within the banking domain.

This role requires a seasoned professional who can lead design and architecture efforts collaborate with stakeholders and deliver scalable and efficient Pega solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and architect end-to-end solutions using the Pega platform.
Lead the development and implementation of Pega Smart Disputes solutions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical designs.
Provide architectural guidance and best practices for Pega implementations.
Ensure scalability performance and security of applications.
Mentor and guide development teams on Pega standards and frameworks.
Participate in code reviews design discussions and system integrations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong experience as a Pega Architect.
Certification in Pega LSA (Lead System Architect) or CSA (Certified System Architect).
Hands-on experience with Pega Smart Disputes.
Domain expertise in banking/financial services.
Strong understanding of Pega frameworks case management and integrations.
Excellent problem-solving and proactive approach to delivery.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
