Job Summary
- Serve as the end-to-end Solution Architect for Oracle Cloud Operate ensuring production stability secure integrations and disciplined governance across functional and technical teams.
- Own architecture for current/target state across Oracle Cloud ERP/SCM integrations and data flows establishing design standards and non-functional requirements.
- Govern integration patterns and operational readiness including FBDI APIs OIC/Middleware monitoring error handling reprocessing and resiliency.
- Act as the escalation point for complex cross-module/integration production issues leading root-cause analysis and driving recurrence prevention.
- Lead production change and release planning including environment readiness cutover and validation activities.
- Drive and coordinate Oracle quarterly update impact assessments regression testing and production validation.
- Maintain review and approve runbooks SOPs and knowledge articles; ensure clear operational documentation.
- Provide operational reporting (e.g. SLA incident trends recurring issues) and mentor support teams.
- Ensure delivery aligns with ITIL-oriented support models (incident/problem/change management).
- Foster stakeholder management with strong documentation and communication practices.
- Focus on reducing repeat production incidents (P1/P2) through RCA-driven solutions improved monitoring and standardized runbooks.
- Support continuous improvement for predictable quarterly update cycles and validated production environments.
