This position is hands-on and requires an individual who enjoys working both independently and collaboratively pays attention to detail and is able to clearly communicate information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately diagnose electronic problems and determine how to correct them checking wiring schematics repair manuals and part catalogs as necessary
• Update system software and confirm functionality.
• Perform proactive and emergency repair and maintenance on a variety of electronic audio-visual components.
• OBD (On-Board Diagnostic) and CAN (Controller Area Network) tool use experience and understanding to troubleshoot system issues.
• Install equipment and accessories such as stereos navigation equipment communication equipment and satellite systems.
• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with Motorhomes of Texas standards.
• Accurately record time spent on repairs utilizing company time clock procedures.
• Document work performed on the repair order and document test procedures/results.
• Maintain an organized and clean workspace completing a stall cleaning every day.
• Ensure the customer s motorhome is returned to them as clean as it was prior to service.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience with plumbing woodwork or carpentry mechanical and electrical work including 12V and 110V a plus
• Good disposition and excellent attitude
• Dependable thorough and detail orientated.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• Applicants should have some of their own tools.
• Ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background check and drug test.
