Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Agentic Software Engineer to design build and operate production-grade AI agent systems that automate real business workflows and integrate with enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop agentic AI systems with planning memory tool usage and multi-step execution
Implement single/multi-agent architectures workflows and human-in-the-loop systems
Build solutions using frameworks like LangChain LangGraph Semantic Kernel AutoGen
Develop RAG/MCP-based integrations for data and tool access
Ensure security observability reliability and scalability of agent systems
Integrate agents with APIs backend services and enterprise platforms
Build evaluation pipelines monitoring and debugging mechanisms
Implement failure handling fallback and escalation strategies
Collaborate with product and platform teams to deliver business-impacting solutions

Required Skills & Experience

5 years of software engineering (backend/systems) experience
Strong coding skills in Python Go or TypeScript
Hands-on experience with LLM applications and agentic systems (RAG workflows tool integration)
Experience building production APIs and scalable systems
Knowledge of DevOps CI/CD Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
Familiarity with Git (GitHub/GitLab) and developer platforms
Strong understanding of observability system design and production readiness

Nice to Have

Experience with Backstage or internal developer platforms
Knowledge of Kubernetes patterns (controllers operators control planes)
Exposure to cloud infrastructure and automation
