What Youll Do

Install residential HVAC systems including air conditioning units furnaces air handlers control systems and indoor air quality solutions

Complete system start-ups testing and commissioning to ensure optimal performance and efficiency

Troubleshoot and resolve installation-related issues with precision and professionalism

Maintain clear courteous communication with homeowners throughout the installation process

Explain system operation features and basic maintenance to clients upon completion

Ensure all installations meet company standards manufacturer specifications and applicable codes

Maintain accurate job documentation for invoicing records and quality assurance

Deliver a world-class client experience through professionalism cleanliness and attention to detail

Work collaboratively with team members while maintaining efficiency and high-quality output

What Were Looking For

At least 4 years of hands-on residential HVAC installation experience

EPA Universal Certification

Strong knowledge of HVAC installation practices system design and setup

A high level of attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship

The ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve during installations

A proven ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients

A team-first mindset with strong work ethic and accountability

A commitment to personal growth coachability and ongoing development

A valid drivers license and a driving record that is acceptable to our insurance carrier

The ability to work in tight or confined spaces while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality
