Diesel Service Technician Apprentice

Sternberg Automotive Group is seeking a motivated and eager Diesel Service Technician Apprentice to join our team in Jasper IN. This apprenticeship position offers hands-on training and the opportunity to develop your skills in diesel engine diagnostics maintenance and repair under the guidance of experienced technicians. Responsibilities

• Assist experienced technicians in performing routine maintenance and repairs on diesel vehicles and equipment.
• Learn to diagnose mechanical and electrical problems using diagnostic tools and manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment adhering to safety regulations.
• Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used.
• Participate in on-the-job training and attend technical classes as required.
