The interns responsibilities for HR Shared Services include updating/creating standard operating procedures verifying the completeness and accuracy of the new hire process auditing employee records and supporting other HR duties as needed.
Primary Responsibilities

- Verify new hire process are complete and accurate
- Audit employee records
- Support other HR duties as needed

Skills & Qualifications
- Have a GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Must be actively working towards a Bachelors degree and have an interest in Human Resources
- You have a strong desire to take on new challenges with a positive attitude
- You have high attention to detail
- You have excellent communication skills: written and oral
- Quick learner with a proactive attitude and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
