• Fully integrated system with clinic and hospital EPIC EMR to improve care coordination

• Case load daily average-10-14
• Blend of adult & child/adolescent
• Initial evaluation of new patients; follow-ups and treatment team participation
• Make Psychiatric assessments and evaluations
• Prescribe medicine to reduce mental health symptoms as needed
• Review and approve individualized plans and assessments
• Call schedule 1:7 weeks- phone call only
• TMS service line & monthly injections available
• Ability to work as a team member to improve the health of the people and communities we serve

• PMHNP Certification
• Nurse Practitioner
• Board Certified
• Hold an unrestricted medical license in the state of State
• Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the Advanced Practitioners field of practice
• Eligible to work in the United States
