What does a Leasing do

As a Full-Time Leasing Associate at Price Edwards & Company your role will be pivotal in supporting the operations of our tax-credit community. You will assist in managing activities related to the maintenance and functioning of our facilities while directly engaging with prospective residents. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include showcasing apartments following up with interested applicants and ensuring a seamless application process by preparing move-in packets. Additionally you will be responsible for scanning and managing leases ensuring all documentation is organized and accessible. This position offers an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in enhancing community living while building strong relationships with residents and potential tenants.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• Yardi and/or Bookkeeping and accounting experience helpful. Computer experience helpful. Tax credit knowledge is needed.
