Automotive Technician (Flat-Rate) Group 1 Chevrolet Spring

We are actively seeking experienced Automotive Technicians (Flag/Flat-Rate)to join our Quality Chevrolet Dealership! Our Service Technicians should be passionate about customer service take pride in their work an enjoy being part of a winning team that cares about their employees.

• Perform high-quality repairs efficiently and accurately following dealership and factory standards
• Conduct comprehensive diagnostics troubleshooting and testing on automotive systems
• Maintain a clean organized and safe work area
• Road-test vehicles to verify successful repairs
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
• Provide timely updates to service advisors on repair status and estimated completion times for customer communication.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with evolving automotive technology
• Uphold company values in all interactions with customers coworkers and vendors

• 2 years of experience as a flat-rate (flag) automotive technician with proven production and diagnostic ability
• National Institute of Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification(s) in different specialized areas such as brakes electrical/electronic systems or engine performance strongly preferred
• Manufacturer certifications are a strong plus!
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record
• Excellent customer service skills
• Professional appearance and work ethic
• Must pass background check MVR and drug screening
