Position Overview:

As part of the talented Manufacturing team you will be required to rotate to different stations as needed. Maintain safe & clean work areas keep production records using paper/computers and demonstrate corporate values of Teamwork Respect Determination and Passion.

Essential Functions:

• Follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to rotate through a wide variety of cells and demonstrate proficiency
• Will occasionally be required to fill in as Operator in CNC and Weld
• Use a variety of hand tools fixtures and test equipment
• Visually inspect production run and document results.
• Determine and report malfunctions to appropriate parties.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and assigned area.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures.
• Participation in departmental improvement projects
• Other duties as assigned

Diversity of thought and experiences is fundamental when imagining the unimaginable. Certain skillsets/experiences are necessary; however others can be developed along the way.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 year of general work experience.
• Prior production/manufacturing machine operation experience preferred.
• Mechanical ability
• Ability to operate manufacturing equipment and hand tools.
• Prefer experience in environments with ISO Quality Management Systems Lean. Six Sigma and 5S

Working Conditions:

• Standing up to 8 hours per day
• Constantly walking from cell to cell
• Occasionally lifting not up to 50 lbs
• Manufacturing environment
• 2nd Shift: Monday through Thursday 2pm 12:30am.
• The position will require physical strength agility dexterity and standing for extended periods

The anticipated pay range for this position is $20.47 hourly. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills relevant experience business needs and geographic location.

At Brunswick it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidates qualifications and the business context.
