Join our team where you will provide compassionate care to patients alongside a dedicated team of Registered Nurses (RNs). You will play a crucial role in assessing patient needs administering treatments and ensuring patient comfort and safety. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment focused on delivering high-quality patient care.

How youll contribute

ARegistered Nurse (RN)who excels in this role:

• Accurately performs patient assessments andidentifiespatient needs
• Identifiesandinitiatesappropriate nursinginterventions
• Provides careappropriate tocondition and age of the patient
• Performstimelyandappropriate documentationrelating to medical necessity in the medical record
• Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient
• PerformstimelyandaccurateQI assessments
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Whatwerelooking for
Applicants should have a current state RN license andpossessa bachelors degree from an accredited nursing include:

• Basic Life Support certification isrequiredwithin30 daysof hire.
• ACLS and PALS arerequiredwithin six months of hire.
• One year of experience preferred
• ASLS certification preferred
