Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to join a dynamic outpatient orthopedic setting. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing a high-volume caseload while delivering patient-centered care focused on improving mobility function and overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and treat patients with outpatient orthopedic conditions
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment strategies as needed
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Educate patients on therapeutic exercises recovery plans and injury prevention
Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
Maintain productivity standards in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment & Expectations:

Outpatient orthopedic setting
Productivity expectation: 60 visits per week
Average 1214 patients per day
Double-booking of follow-up visits may be required
May be required to float to nearby clinics
Opportunity to work within a travel team across clinics

Required Qualifications:

Active Physical Therapist license (state-specific)
Strong clinical communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage a high patient volume effectively
