We are seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to join a fast-paced outpatient orthopedic setting. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing a high patient volume while delivering effective patient-centered care to improve mobility function and overall outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients with outpatient orthopedic conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Educate patients on exercises recovery plans and injury prevention
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Manage a high-volume caseload efficiently
Work Environment & Expectations:
- Outpatient orthopedic setting
- Productivity expectation: 60 visits per week
- Average 1214 patients per day
- Double-booking of follow-up visits may be required
- May be required to float to nearby clinics
- Opportunity to work within a travel team across multiple clinic locations
- Overtime must be approved prior to working
Required Qualifications:
- Active Physical Therapist license (state-specific)
- Strong clinical communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
