Youll help clients transform their homes through custom-designed organizational solutionsall while enjoying the satisfaction of improving their lives and getting paid well to do it.

What Youll Do:

• Meet pre-qualified leads provided by Closet Factory or Self-Generated (no cold calling required)
• Visit clients in their homes to assess needs and design custom organizational solutions
• Design spaces using CAD tools or design software (we provide training)
• Present your design vision and pricing with clarity and confidence
• Build trust close the sale and manage customer relationships
• Enhance your customer base via networking and social media
• Once a month campaign or

Ideal Candidate:

• Lives in or near Raleigh or Cary or Morrisville or Durham NC
• Has strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Possesses a natural ability for sales and customer service
• Demonstrates an eye for design space planning and aesthetics
• Is self-motivated coachable and goal-driven
• Has access to a vehicle for client site visits
• Is proficient with computer skills (able to learn CAD)
