PSRs have a dynamic day-to-day scheduling appointments verifying insurance maintaining records and acting as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers. This role requires multitasking computer proficiency and the ability to work independently.
The Work:
Greet patients answer phones and provide clerical support.
Schedule appointments using computerized systems.
Verify insurance benefits and obtain authorizations.
Process payments or refer patients to financial counselors.
Accurately enter demographic billing and clinical data.
You Have:
A passion for delivering phenomenal customer service.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems.
Strong problem-solving communication and multitasking skills.
Flexibility attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively.
