PSRs have a dynamic day-to-day scheduling appointments verifying insurance maintaining records and acting as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers. This role requires multitasking computer proficiency and the ability to work independently.

The Work:

• Greet patients answer phones and provide clerical support.

• Schedule appointments using computerized systems.

• Verify insurance benefits and obtain authorizations.

• Process payments or refer patients to financial counselors.

• Accurately enter demographic billing and clinical data.

You Have:

• A passion for delivering phenomenal customer service.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems.

• Strong problem-solving communication and multitasking skills.

• Flexibility attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively.
